1. Return Conditions

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and undamaged.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories and the invoice.
  • Products that have been opened or used (especially ground coffee or beans) cannot be returned to ensure product safety and quality.
  • Products sold as part of special offers or clearance sales cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.

2. Exchange Conditions

We offer exchanges within 7 days of receipt in the following cases:

  • The product received is different from your order.
  • The product has a visible defect or damage upon arrival (please provide photos within 24 hours).
  • The product does not match the description on our website.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please contact us via email or our customer service form, providing the following details:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Photos showing the condition (if applicable)

Our support team will review your request within 1-3 business days and contact you to complete the process.

The product should be shipped back to us after approval, using the shipping company we specify or one of your choice.

4. Fees and Refunds

  • If the issue is our fault (wrong or defective product), we cover all shipping and return costs.
  • If the issue is customer-related (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-14 business days after receiving the product and verifying its condition.

5. Exceptions

The return policy does not apply to:

  • Opened or ground food products
  • Custom-made or special-order products
  • Products that have been tampered with or used
