In response to the unprecedented circumstances of the past year due to the global pandemic, we embarked on a new project to produce a premium decaf coffee. This project focused on high-quality production, collaborating with leading producers from several departments in Colombia, including Caldas, Huila, Magdalena, Nariño, and Santander. We call them leaders not only because they are pioneers in their field or their communities, but also because they possess unique crop selection and processing methods, and they continuously strive to improve crop quality. The goal of this project is to offer consumers a premium decaf product that still shines in its flavor and sensory characteristics.
